Thick plate leveling machine operation method:
1. First open the feed flattening cylinder so that the feed flattening roller is in the raised position, and then open the feed compacting cylinder to the relaxed position. The worm gear fine adjustment device is adjusted so that the upper and lower rollers are slightly apart from each other by a certain distance.
2. Put the material material head into the feeding flattening roller and press the flattening cylinder. After the material is bent and straightened, the flattening cylinder is opened to feed the material forward to the feeding roller, and the pressing gas is pressed to make the material.
The roller presses the material, and at this time, the electric control box changeover switch is switched to the manual position, and the material is slowly fed according to the inching button.
